- Primary Zone staging by Restore Decor ($2500 RE/MAX ONE special!) 

Why are there "+" signs after the price?

Consider the displayed prices the "basic minimum" this package will cost. Some costs may go up in small increments due to the size of the house you're listing or extra add-ons you may choose. For example: The photographers charge $50 extra for a 3D scan of a home above 2,500 sq ft. They also may charge extra is the property is located farther than one hour from Philadelphia city hall. You may choose additional staging items, additional photos, etc.

Staging: Restore Decor

How does the staging work?

The $2,500 special Restore Decor package that is only offered to RE/MAX ONE includes PRIMARY ZONES. This means the staging of:

- one bedroom

- one kitchen (may include barstools and accessories)

- one living room

- one bathroom

- one dining room

If you want additional rooms staged- we can definitely do that! Restore Decor will provide you with a "staging proposal" of additional spaces upon your request. 

Staging starts with you as the agent sending as many photos/ videos of the property as possible to Restore Decor. If you are able to do this, they do not need to schedule an additional walk through of the property. But if you want the walk through to speak with the team, they can still accommodate!

Please Note: ALL constructions work/ renovation work/ painting must be completed and the property cleaned PRIOR to the Restore Decor team arriving to set up. They cannot stage a home with active work being completed, or with work being completed while staging furniture is installed throughout the life of the listing.

What's the timeframe like?

We 10-14 days notice to the day you want your property staged, or 10 days notice to the day you want the property photographed. The restore Decor team requests 3-4 active days to stage, to ensure they have enough time to stage the property and accommodate any additional requests you may have!

For example...

If you have a property you want to list as active on August 30th, this is what an ideal timeline would look like:

August 13th: Notify Courtney of the listing/ your timeline! This way, we can give our vendors 10-14 days notice. We would immediately book for staging/ photography is your package calls for it!

August 25-28th: Restore decor stages property

August 29th: PLUSH photographs property

August 30th: We receive photos from PLUSH, and you are able to upload to MLS!

Note that our vendors understand sometimes real estate doesn't go as perfectly as planned! If you do have a listing come up where you cannot provide 10-14 days notice, they will do their best to accommodate!

When do I pay?

Tiers 1 & 2- Due upon order confirmation and delivery of photos from vendor.

Tier 3- $800 for services due upon order confirmation and delivery of photos from vendor. $500 deposit for staging due upon staging contract signing- the rest is due at settlement.
