ONE FOCUS: One on one coaching & development program. This will be available to any agents- brand new or well established- who may be looking to grow their business.  ONE FOCUS offers the opportunity to work with assigned company coaches in private, one on one coaching sessions. Each of our coaches has at least 10+ years of experience in real estate, and are invested in helping you grow! These private coaching sessions are tailored specifically to you and your business plan, and are available twice per month. ONE FOCUS combines training, mentorship, and accountability in one program.
